I knoww. My neighors neighbor has a gaint pitbull or something. They dont have a fence but we never see the dog in daylight. But when i take my dog out at night sometimes the owner has the dog on a leash in their yard and follows the dog to the potty. And their dog barks when the dog sees me or my dog

Exactly, they get a brand new German shepherd as they have a newborn baby and then leave the dog outside most of the day. But literally never stop it from attacking iur fence until it wakes their baby up. Oh boy, finally inconveniences them
