You can keep some shark species as pets, but it's very difficult, so in general I definitely agree with you that they need to be left outside. But they are so cute! So ill settle for seeing them in the ocean

I would be nervous by myself. I always go with a small group of other divers and our whole group is minimum rescue certified, so if something goes wrong I know ill be ok

Sharks really only bite If they think you're food, an example would be if you're spear fishing, if you are splashing wildly at the surface, or if you're surfing (looks like a seal)

I've never been bit, most sharks really have no interest in biting you unless you're being stupid. It's pretty easy to avoid. And yeah, I would guess shark bites hurt pretty bad haha
