Aha. Night, all you have to do is go to Pack -> pack activities -> custom ranks and delete all your extra ranks. Your wolves will revert back to their game-assigned ranks.

If there's no rank it means you were messing with your rankings. You'll have to fix that, but I'm not sure how to do that. Try going to help -> game guide to see if it mentions anything about changing ranks.
