I don't know much about birds but I think it'd probably be uncommon for there to just be one baby in a clutch(?).. unless the rest aren't alive

Oh my goodness.

I would personally recommend looking up what to do on a site about baby quails/wild birds

I would also suggest contacting the people who work at the wildlife place for fish and wildlife or something along those lines. I don't know what it's called by heart but it's their job to help or at the very least know what to do
