I'm not sure is like warm water could help or if that would just seep into the glue and ruin it. Most likely it'd be ruined though
I'm glad it's back now, I cut my eyebrow when I was like 9 with scissors and it took a while to come back

no that was hot glue this is elmers glue
i broke it by making a jeff the killer 'mask' (gluing cotton balls and paper towels directly onto my face)
the nozzle was already kind of broken so i ended up just fully dipping my fingers into the bottle to get the glue out and i guess i didnt clean it so the non-working lid is sealed onto the container now </3
