The slumlords just tell me to call the police, and I don't think the cops would take me seriously calling the police on a bunch of 9-13 year olds throwing rocks at my cats amongst other things.

I have however kept video proof of the downstairs neighbor. The fight that I did call the cops on. The vacuuming after midnight. Her hitting the ceiling. And I've documented things like black mold. Leaking doorways, and more.

Its frustrating because it didn't used to be like this. My old downstairs neighbor was great. Didn't party too loud. Didn't bother me. Didn't have kids they "babysit" that littered everywhere and harassed me and my pets.

I'd also love to move where my dad lives, in the country, if I save enough to get a camper he said I could move onto his land, but they both work from home so they don't have room for me in their house.
