sadly all of your wolves have to have "excellent" affinity with each other for your pack happiness to be at 100.

pack happiness only really matters if you're an avid explorer though; it makes your wolves heal faster.

It means they're a hero and their weather vitals are all positive. When they explore during that weather event, there's a random chance on any tile they can earn you extra moves

not really. it'll be harder to sell inbred wolves unless they're valuable; but otherwise it doesn't negatively impact anything.
