NEWS Caporegime (officer/co-leader) tryouts are now open. PM #32264 for more information. Requirements for joining have been changed. You have until September 31 to meet these requirements if you do not already and are already a part of the Cartel. REQUIREMENTS - 150+ dominance overall - at least level 5 territory - steady activity (a little lax on this because of school, work, etc.) If you do not meet these requirements, don't try to join.
