| I had to give my job an ultimatum today. I feel so sick, my legs were acy and I was having hot flashes, and I have a migraine to the point of like throwing up. And I told them they could either be short staffed an hour today or 8 tomorrow because i'd be calling off. |

| Vaxmas, try walking away from it for a little bit. Try again in half an hour or so, after you've had a chance to clear your thoughts. Have a calming mug of tea or drink some cold water. Take a small walk, pet a dog or cat, if you have one. Read a chapter, play WP. Whatever relaxes you. :) |
