Do not recommend. If I pull a true all nighter, my brain lags on the exam. This is why I set a timer for an hour and a half, sleep, wake up and get back to it. When I feel myself slowing down again I take another snooze |

Yeah, so it's what I said, nap shorter than 30min. The 90min one is what I prefer when I'm trying to get some "sleep" rather than a refresher. I don't experience much sleep grogginess when I do that |

Enigma, Harvard's advice is to reduce grogginess when you wake up. Which is basically the opposite of everything you just said lol |

@Red My advice is for all nighters where you need to perform on an exam the next day, I find putting away SOME sleep will enhance performance on the exam itself |
