@Pan Double check that it's not just the delay. I thought they weren't opening at first but because of the delay I would press the button again thinking the first press didn't take, but was actually closing the options again before they visibly opened.

I have malwarebytes and adblock ultimate. I wouldn't think either would effect java, but I might be wrong. I'll turn them off and test...
