Character Description

Biography
Ichaival used to be a rogue wolf having left his old pack when he came of age due to an earthquake that split his old packs land apart leaving him alone and lost at a young age. While searching for his pack or his own land and other wolves to start a pack with, he eventually came across Adeleh. The two initially didn't get along as they found themselves constantly fighting over prey and the "better" dens and food. During the winter, however, when food was more scarce they found they could no longer waste time squabbling over meals and territory. Instead they focused their efforts on hunting together. Quickly dominating their land and no longer starving the two began to get along as friends. All was not peaceful on their land though and during one summer Ichaival got sick due to drinking water that had been tainted by a near by pack. The pack had left rotten corpses in the water to poison it hoping to drive the two wolves out or kill them. Adeleh had not drunk the water and was then the only one fit enough to hunt and defend their home. She took care of Ichaival during the time he was sick and the two began to fall in love. Eventually Ichaival recovered and was able to help Adeleh drive away the other pack. Now that the two have become lovers (or mates whatever you prefer) they intend to start their own pack together.
With Adeleh currently expecting pups Ichaival has taken on most of the responsibilities of hunting and defending their territory. While he is in some ways a "strong and silent" type his more loving side tends to show when he's around Adeleh. He will do anything to protect his love and their pups and that can lead to him making some reckless decisions. The only natural force he is afraid of is earthquakes.

Personality
Ichaival is a "strong and silent" type, often preferring to get a job/hunt done as quickly and efficiently as possible. If he does have a softer side he rarely shows it. Ichaival is extremely territorial and cold in many regards, but he is also very passionate under that stone faced exterior and can sometimes be easily flustered or angered by certain people who know just the right thing to say/do to get under his fur and rub it the wrong way (*coughcough*Adeleh*coughcough*).

Preferences
Ichaival loves a long hunt and the thrill of chasing down prey. He enjoys howling at the moon all on his own, and perhaps on rare occasions howling with a partner. He loves watching the rain and snow and his favorite food is Elk and Deer. He'd never admit it, but he does like when Adeleh cuddles with him while she sleeps or when she tries to play with him (even if he does act annoyed).

Special Skills
Ichaival is not the kind of wolf to brag or add a lot of "flare" to his tactics or hunts. If he can get something done in a plain and simple way he'll do it that way. He is however, a very skilled wolf when it comes to battling and hunting. It seems like he "comes alive" when on the hunt or on a battle field. As Adeleh put it "out on the hunt or on the battle field seems to be the only place where he (Ichaival) will let loose and be something other than a stone wolf."
