Biography
Ni'itra remembers little about her birth family due to their tragic demise at the jaws of a great fire ravaged their land with no mercy. Ni'itra managed to outrun the fire by crossing the Great River that swept through her parents' territory, only to lose her pup brother Nou'uka and twin sister La'arka, to the perilous waters. Traumatized and alone, Ni'itra managed to survive by herself until she paired with Nuvaat (#9364), a red-furred male who earned her trust with his persistence and loyalty. Nuvaat provided Ni'itra with the companionship and stability she had been longing for. Ni'itra's first two litters blessed the pair with three healthy girls; Soon after their oldest daughters left home, tragedy struck once again as Nuvaat disappeared without a trace the following winter, never to return. Ni'itra, pregnant and mate-less once again with only her youngest daughter for help, did her best to survive. As fate would have it, Ni'itra crossed paths with two young lone males looking for territory of their own. One of the two, Mila'ak (a black and gray male with green eyes and a white blaze), stayed with Ni'itra to care for her when her daughter eloped with the second male.
At the age of ten years old, after failure to produce another brood, Ni'itra chanced upon two young pups, a male and a female, and raised the female to be her successor, due to the fact that she had no daughters at the time. Currently, Ni'itra holds a tight ship as the pack's Beta female, supporting and guiding her adopted daughter.

Sweet and quiet, Ni'itra is a very affectionate wolf despite her social shortcomings. She gets nervous in large open spaces and fire sends her running. Despite these faults, Ni'itra will do whatever it takes to protect her family and is extremely loyal. Though she appears shy, Ni'itra isn't afraid to be bold when the situation requires it.
