alpha glared at her, noticing the pup was smaller and weaker than the others. alpha growled at the mother and said " you know we can not afford to keep her long. as soon as she can eat regular food, she will be chased away, either by force or you take care of it". the mother whimpered and looked at her pups.she couldnt bare doing it on her own so she would have the alpha do it.
a couple months later~ (1st person perspective on nanashi)
i woke up with a yawn, realizing my mother was crying. we had finally gotten use to regular food, and now we were learning how to hunt. i didnt know i was going to be sentenced to leave at the time. i nuzzled up next to my mother, who continued to cry and wouldnt tell me why.
