Among the dark forest,the fury of nature could be felt within a storm.Thousands of thunders and flashes were fighting in the night's sky.The rain was nothing for me.I was born with an unknown talent:the power of water.By other words I'm a water element.When a single and tiny drop of water touches me,I'm invincible.Nothing and no one can defeat me,as long as this natural power fights alongside me.
Suddenly,a flash stroke near my den and a dry pine tree got in flames.That moment I realized that the fire was my only enemy.I saw the flames coming to me,but weirdly I couldn't move.I felt for the first time in my life the fear.I froze.The fear was catching my mind like a parasite and I couldn't do anything to stop that.I closed my eyes... .
I woke up near a river,very far away from my den.I was wondering what happened,when I heard a voice:
Unknown male:"Hey there beauty."
Me:"Hi"
U.M:"My name's Jake,your's?
Me:"Thalia."
Jake:"Well,well,well,this beauty also has a name,as beautiful as her look."
Me:"Don't challenge me,stranger.I'm not here for jokes!"
Jake:"Why are you here then?"
He was laughing like crazy.
Jake:"Ok,ok,don't be mad on me.I was just kidding."
"Boys"(I thought)
Me:"I just wanna find out why am I here.Nothing more."
And he told me.It seems I was saved by him.
Me:"Thanks Jake,you're my hero."
Jake:"Don't mention it,it was nothing.I'm always here for beauties like you" :)
Me:"Ok,got it.I should be going now."
Jake:"I don't think so Thalia.You didn't give me me prize.
Me:"Yeah,right.I'd love to give you some food,but now is only ash."
Jake:"I wasn't talking about that.Come here."
I was unsure.
Jake:"Trust me,I don't bite."
I came there and he jumped playful on me (he put me down on the ground)and kissed me.God,it was magical.I could stay there forever.We both looked in each other's eyes and I felt for the first time the love.
Jake:"Leave now.I took my prize."
He jumped off me and I was free to leave.
Me:"I can't Jake..."
Jake:"Oh,you surely can"
And he chased me off his land.I ran without target in the middle of the forest.Why did he say something like that?!Why are males so demonic,heart breakers?My feelings got killed and hurt.I don't know why,but I began to run back.The love was stronger than ever.I saw him there and said:
Me:"Why did you kiss me if you wanted only a small prize?"
Jake:"That was my prize."
Me:"Yes,but with that love in the eyes?"
Jake:"Leave.I told you to leave!"
Me:" I won't!"
I ran to him and I kissed him.He looked guilty at me.
Jake:"Ok,you can stay Thalia.I was too afraid of loving you."
Me:"That's ok,I was too afraid of losing you."
