Character Description

Biography
Saffron's mother was killed in battle, so she was raised by the healing wolf of the the pack. She learned all about herbs and medicines to help heal an animal. Once she got older, she began to have problems with new pack members. They were more cruel. Yet no one else noticed accept the healing wolf. They were finally pushed over the edge when a new pack member "accidentally" killed a pup. Saffron was horrified at the sight. At that instant, the healing wolf pulled her away and they left without a word. Saffron had to leave her love behind and the healing wolf left her only litter of pups. They found a small cave in a darker part of the forest and made it their den. One day, while out collecting herbs, she found an injured Maximus laying on the forest floor. Thinking quickly, she dropped her herbs and managed to pull him back to the den. Inside, she tended to his wounds and left him on a bed of leaves and laid down on another bed of leaves near him. Hours latter, she woke to Maximus staring at her from his bed. She raised her head and smiled. Over the next few months, she nursed Maximus back to health. Once he was healed, Saffron went off with him and they started a pack together.
