"Come on Salamander! You can do it!" Mimi called. "If you say so!" Salamander jumped into the river, but a strong wave swept her away. The heavens opened up and rain poured down bringing the visibility to zero. "MIMI! HELP!" But her cries were not heard. She was swept down the river and was not deposited for two days. She woke up and found herself in a strange land. She tried to journey back to where her family was, but they had packed up and left, for fear of more bad things happening. Resigned, she was merely walking through the forest when Decembersnow found her. They agreed to travel together and soon found Swampclan. Coalfire was all to happy to have them join.
