I'm getting older...I can feel it.. This pack has given me a good life...I wish I could repay them somehow..
Meko ran as fast as his legs could carry him, he just had to get away from them. He was wounded and getting weaker. He ran until he no longer heard the harsh snarls and pounding of paws. He struggled up to a tree laying down by the roots silently. ``This is it...Is this how my life ends? Dying alone? Chased away by my own pack?`` Meko thought sadly as well as heaving a loud sigh. His ears suddenly perked at the sound of rustling bushes. ``Did they find me?!`` Meko thought frantically looking around. His eyes landed on a bush as a gray head popped out. ``I guess this really is the end!`` "Hello there! I'm Eclipse, and you are?" The mysterious wolf asked softly. ``She seems nice enough...She could be my only chance of survival at this point..`` "...The names Meko.." Meko said cautiously. "Well nice to meet you Meko! You seem to be very hurt, I won't ask you how you got like this. Come with me you can live with my pack. We will fix you right up! We will always protect you." Eclipse says with a big, cheerful smile. Meko could restart his life with his new pack, he was very ready for this.
