Biography Chrysanthemum was known for collecting things and keeping them when nobody else wanted them. And as in her name, she loves crystals. Everyone loves seeing her reaction when she finds one. They may as well believe that she's the happiest wolf in the world. One day everything was going well. It was beautiful out, and Chrysanthemum was going on her daily search for new things. She stopped after she spotted some blue violets, and started sniffing happily at them. She found them so intriguing, she wasn't aware that some strange wolves had started surrounding her. After many long moments, the wolves had started crawling towards her. Chrysanthemum raised her head in alarm, summoning a warning growl. "Who are you and where did you come from?" she asked, glaring at each one. A male with a scar down his chest spoke up. "I'm Brayan. My alpha has heard word about you, and he would like to speak to you." He stated, and the wolves following nodded their heads in agreement. Chrysanthemum squinted at him, thinking hard. How did an alpha from a different pack hear about me? She thought, but shook it off. She nodded, agreeing to let them show her their alpha. After a long walk, the wolves that lead her finally stepped aside, and the wolf Brayan said, "We're here." Chrysanthemum cautiously walked up to the wolf in the clearing. She turned to look back at the wolves who brought her, but they had mysteriously vanished. Her heart started beating hard against her chest, and she turned back to the alpha. "What do you want from me?" Chrysanthemum asked, trying to keep her voice from wavering. The alpha lifted his head, and smiled darkly. "Chrysanthemum." He said, and hearing her name in his voice mad her shiver. How did her know her name? "I hear you collect things. And some of those things are crystals." He paused, before continuing again. "I want you to bring them to me." Chrysanthemum widened her eyes, feeling a wave of fright. "I-I don't have any crystals. I haven't been able to find any." She stammered. Even though she was frightened, she kept her tail a little high. The alpha snarled suddenly, and stood onto his paws. "Stop wasting my time. I know you have them. If you don't speak, I will have to keep you here until you do." He threatened. At loss of words, Chrysanthemum trembled slightly as one of the pack members shoved her into a small den and kept watch over it. She could see the alpha staring darkly at her, and she whimpered lightly, backing up as far as she could into the den. She curled up into a tight ball and closed her eyes, hoping that she was dreaming. Soon enough, however, she fell into a deep sleep. When Chrysanthemum woke up, she found out she wasn't dreaming, unfortunately. It was dark out, and there were only a few wolves wandering about. When she looked up, she found out that the wolf that talked to her earlier, Brayan, was now watching her den. "Brayan? Care to tell me what this is for?" She asked quietly, a small hint of a whimper. Brayan turn and looked sympathetically at her. "I'm sorry." He said, then lowered his voice. "Alpha is being cruel... looking for weak-looking wolves to pick on and ask for stuff. If he doesn't get what he wants, he eventually kills the wolf off." he said, shaking his head. "There are about a dozen other wolves held captive here." Chrysanthemum sucked in her breath, and looked away sadly. She noticed that Brayan was still staring at her, but she didn't care at the moment. But she did when she realized that he had curled up next to her and touched his nose to her shoulder sympathetically. "I won't let him kill you, Chrysanthemum. I'll protect you. In fact, I'm getting you out of here now." Chrysanthemum looked at him in surprise, and she licked his nose in gratitude. "Thank you." She whispered to him. The two successfully snuck out, and Brayan helped her get home. Chrysanthemum's alpha thanked Brayan, and he dipped his head. "Anything." he said and turned to leave. But Chrysanthemum stopped him. "Brayan, you don't have to go. You can stay with us." She said, a hopeful gleam in her eyes. Brayan shared the same gleam and he licked her nose happily. "Thank you, Chrysanthemum." He told her quietly, and they shared wagging tails. Everything was normal from then on, and Chrysanthemum and Brayan even became mates later on. However, something had changed in Chrysanthemum. She never again trusted strange wolves as she did that day she got kidnapped. And she cut down on collecting things and always went exploring with one other wolf, which was mainly Brayan.
