Breeding Tip!
The following tips are not rules, but just advice that might help you out. To get higher rarity, try a combination of these.

- Max out the parent's charisma or maternal. I don't think this just affects how many pups are born, I think it also affects the pup quality.

- Experiment with maxing out their Luck, Perception and Wisdom. I feel that luck helps with rarity as well, and I'm guessing Perception and Wisdom might help with getting higher talents. HOWEVER the draw back is that their pups might have a worse chance of getting a birth defect.

- Keep the parents fed and watered. Pack happiness seems to help.

- Smaller packs with varied pack dominance seems to help as well.

- Packs with no pups in it in the first place seems to help the first litter have better pups.

- I've had my best luck with pups born in Spring.
