Biography
Dragoness was born on the night when the dragons sang to the full moon. Her parents had always had a very close relationship with the dragons and so when she was born she was blessed by many. Some have her gifts of precious items or promises of teaching her their ways. But one dragon, MountainSong, who was the oldest alive at that time, gave her the power to shift into one of them.

When she grew old enough to use this power, MountainSong taught her how to reach inside and unleash the fire. Dragoness loved her lessons with the dragons. She wasn't the swiftest or strongest, but she tried as hard as she could to earn her place.

One day, when she was returning home after hunting, she heard her parents talking in the den. She quickly crouched down outside and pricked her ears. "They're going to kill her!" she heard her mother exclaim. "There's nothing we can do. To other wolves, she is an abomination." Her father said solemnly. She couldn't believe what she was hearing! After all the time she spent with all the wolves in the different packs,this was how they felt about her? She slowly turned away from the den and loped into the surrounding woods.
