Biography Bandicoot had decided to retreat to his favorite hole in the wall after exchanging a few words with his pack leaders. The afternoon sun was beginning to get to him, and he felt a nice little nap would do to subside the sudden tiredness. He had freed Arretez of any later duties, allowing the adolescent to go explore and do whatever he did. Now, relaxing in his favorite spot, his eyes closed and he dozed off.
His mind drifted, as he reviewed what had happened the past few days. Training, hunting, patrolling... He paused when he saw her. She was most impressive, most astounding. And the last time they had met was when she demanded his Alphas uphold their goal for peace. Not just anyone had the galls to speak to an Alpha like that -- not one who had at his disposal several battle-ready wolves. Apparently he had not been the only one astonished at her boldness; his Alpha had conceded and reduced the raiding parties to border patrols.
He now mooned over her. He remembered how the sun had lit up her fur like fire, how her hazel-brown hues glowed in the light. Her light blue eyes had been equally piercing, staring into his as if she had something planned out for him. But what was he to dream? He was a warrior and she was a queen. The most he could have given her was his battle experience.
A soft voice murmured in his ear, once, then twice. Bandicoot twitched his ears and awoke. Blinking sleepily at the shining entrance, he decided to investigate. Who could be bothering him this time?
The moment he stepped outside he thought he was in immediate trouble. There stood the useless pup he had come across during the hunting patrol. And beside her, the Misaki Alphess. His Al-- no. He could not think that way. She gave him a curt nod, extending her neck forward to nose his jaw. A polite greeting, courtesy of the Queen.
