| Chara Huh, I'll have to try that. The building was 7 floors so by the time i did it my rounds, I was always worn out. I've never really considered focusing on the same thing. I've tried laying still and making like - to-do lists in a sense? I will sit and picture what i want to do in a video game or something like that |

| Hallow, Walking for me would have the opposite effect, it'd wake me up My method is me daydreaming about the same thing I do every night and just focusing on it a lot Sometimes methods just fail, too, especially if you're stressed Yesterday I was, I'm surprised I fell asleep at all |

| Chara I get that, I don't have sleeping meds but I do have habits I do if Ican't fall asleep. My biggest one was (When I was in college) i would walk the whole building. I was an RA and I was allowed to do rounds of it, so I would walk the building 3-4 times. i moved out and can't really do that anymore, an all my other methods failed me last night. |

| Hallow, I ran out of my sleeping meds yesterday so that really messed up, my thoughts run really wild without that routine Oooo yeah, sleeping in is a double-edged sword for sure I'm planning on going to bed early today to let myself rest (and take my meds lmao) |
