| spirit, yeah I watched this psychologist's video on anhedonia and he legit just said something so simple that still gets me out of bed to do things: if everything you do feels bad anyway, why not do something that will benefit you in the future, after you're past this numb state? now I don't know if it'll resonate the same way with you as it did with me but hey it's what helps me lol :D |
