In a encounter..Little Tigress, a SheWolf of another faction sent to spy on his pack. His condition of sight enhances other senses.. a better nose than any other wolf because of his blindness.
Anubis named after the god of death, could just bearly sense Little Tigress's malicious intentions, to remain hidden Tigress attacked wounding him in a quiet and vicious battle. Dragging his body into the darkness he called out for Noritae and his brother, but this time his melodies went unheard.
He hears his family cry out for him their hearts aching at his sudden disappearence, though he can't respond. Anubis is troublesome for her as a spy, she's forbidden to return with a hostage and she cannot let him leave nor is she a killer.
He awakens in a secluded cave scraped and bruised though something else inside also awoke, the air around them grows stale..almost necrotic. In the precipice of Noricai territory their fates where suddenly sealed, her life now a distant memory as Anubis made the first kill which earned him his name.
