Biography
Icarus was born to a small female omega and a big grey beta male. He was one of the weakest pups.
When Icarus was young, another bigger pup named Zaron, scratched his eye. This later caused an infection which made Icarus blind in that eye. He wanted revenge, but he knew he was no match for Zaron.
When Icarus was old enough, he left as quick as he could, knowing that eventually he would return a get his revenge. It was much harder to live on his own, without an eye, but for some reason, it made him stronger.
A year later, the weak pup had transformed into a fierce, strong wolf. He was ready to get his revenge on Zaron, so he returned to his first pack. Although, this pack would never feel like home to Icarus ever again.
When Icarus walked into his pack's clearing, he spotted the brown speckled wolf in the crowd of curious wolves. It was Zaron.
Icarus now was even bigger than Zaron and a far better fighter. "I-Icarus?" Varon stammered.
"That's right," Icarus snarled. "Care to fight me now? Or are you too cowardly?"
"Of course not," Zaron responded shakily. Icarus was going to enjoy this.
They walked to the clearing and Icarus spotted his father, the beta male, smiling down at him.
The fight began as the two wolves prowled around each other. Icarus leaped at Zaron, ready to sink his teeth in Zaron's flesh. Zaron scampered away just in time to only get a tuft of his fur removed by Icarus's sharp claws.
Then, Zaron tried to bite Icarus's flank, but Icarus forced him to the ground with his mighty paws.
Icarus then chomped on Zaron's back and Zaron let out a shrill of pain before Icarus made a bloody killing bite to Zaron's throat. Blood burbled from Zaron's throat and it spilled across the snow like a river. Icarus looked at Zaron's body and spat out a tuft of Zaron's fur and blood.
Icarus rose his head in triumph before speaking. "I have no place in this pack. I have only returned for this. I am leaving."
Icarus trotted to say a quick word to his parents before heading off without looking back.
About a week later, Icarus met a medium sized pack. The male leader, Aspen, did not want Icarus to join and disliked him. He most likely thought of Icarus a a threat to Aspen's leadership. Aspen has a right to be worried. Icarus didn't just want to JOIN the pack- he wanted to LEAD it.
Eventually, the female alpha, Septaya, convinced Aspen that Icarus would be very helpful, so they let him join.
But... Icarus was always scheming with his new friend, Sterling, how to get rid of this leader when he was not watching. Both Sterling and Icarus did not like Aspen for their own reasons- Icarus did not like him because he wanted to be leader and Aspen was a threat to that. Sterling did not like him because Aspen was always acting like he was the best and always ordering Sterling around, so Sterling definitely wanted a new leader. Sterling also would most likely become Icarus's beta male if they succeeded.
Finally, Icarus challenged Aspen for alpha male when he was already beta male. Aspen, of course, did not back down, even though Icarus was so much stronger and almost as big as him.
So, in the end, Icarus had Aspen pinned the ground. As Icarus was about to make the killing bite to his neck, he reminded himself of when he was a pup pinned to the ground by Zaron. He had felt so helpless. He looked into Aspen's eyes and he could see the fear flickering in Aspen's eyes. He looked around and saw everyone. They're eyes- they were filled with fear as well. So, he released Aspen.
"I am your new leader. I have beaten Aspen, your former alpha. I will give him mercy and let him stay in the pack as my second in command. Septaya?" Icarus said before waiting for the alpha female to accept him as her new mate.
She hesitated, looking at Aspen and the sadness in his eyes, but if she did not accept this new leader, things would go badly for her. She stepped up to Icarus and licked his chin, accepting him as her new mate. Icarus rose his head and let out a long howl.
A few years had past with Icarus as leader and there had been no problems. But then, at last, a wolf of great strength arrived. Icarus knew that this wolf was a threat from the moment he spotted that wolf in his territory.
Icarus tried to get rid of this wolf right away with his patrol, but the first female leader of the pack, Luna, thought that this new wolf would be good for the pack to have. So, they took this wolf to their den and Septaya agreed with Luna. Most of the pack was fine with the new wolf joining the pack, so Icarus was outnumbered.
The pack let the new wolf join the pack, but Icarus knew that he needed to be ready if this wolf was going to strike.
Breeding Info
This wolf will always be up for stud if he has not already been bred 3 times that season. The breeding fee is usually only 5-10 mushrooms. Sometimes, I will put him up for breeding for only 2 mushrooms. I mainly only want some nice pups out of him, so Pm me if you would like a free breeding. I will for sure except all new pack who would like to breed him.
