"Get the hell out of my way!" Equinox bared her teeth at the young pup.
Beast cracked a smirk. "Nooooxxxxyyy, your ugliness is showing again."
Equinox gasped as she quickly looked around the camp. Barren. Phew.
"Listen here, runt." Equinox got uncomfortably close to the pups face, her voice in a shushed tone.
Beast did do nothing but giggle at the lowly Lead Hunters sternness.
"First of all, don't ever call me "NOOOOXXXXYYYY!!" ever again." Equinoxes voice became deeper as she leaned closer. "And second of all, stay out of my way. You don't want to become roadkill, now, do you?"
Beast's eyes widened. She knew Equinox was not a wolf to mess with, but could she be serious? Her eyes glanced around the camp, trying to buy time for her answer.
"Answer me." Equinox growled.
Beast nodded her head. "Yes sir. I mean, ma'am."
"Get out of my face, you noxious beast." Nox chuckled to herself. "Maybe you're parents did do one thing right. They named you perfectly."
