Me and my dog also slept through a hurricane. My dad slept through a tornado that took out half his apartment complex in college. Like he woke up, where the other half of the room should be was sky and rubble

I have slept through tornado warnings, the only time I woke up is when my fan was shut off due to the power going out, and I was more upset about my fan then I was about the nader

Seriously? For me that’s background noise. My cousin came over last month and was freaking out about the driving and crashes. Apparently seeing police/fire trucks/ambulances in hot pursuit and emergencies and a crash on literally every turn isn’t normal? Same with hearing sirens every 5 minutes?
