Name Origin: Part of the scientific name for Mute Swans (Cygnus Olor)

Olor wasn't a planned birth. In fact, her arrival into the world and the Pack was an odd one. Her mother, Ictinia, was quite the wanderer in her younger years, often finding trouble in the worst places. But Olor wasn't the result of trouble. She, in all honesty, had been a blessing to the Vultures. Jacques and Ahmya had welcomed the pup with open arms, even though Ictinia hadn't mentioned her fling with the alphas beforehand. Her arrival brought the Pack luck, and with that luck came abundance.
As she grew older, she accompanied hunts with great success. Many a hunt resulted in large takedowns of prey, whether it was bull elk or chasing off grizzlies from a carrion-picked carcass. Olor eventually made her way up the ranks, leading the hunt parties and managing groups in the background.
Her final rank is Beta female. As she gets older, she hopes to pass on her blessing and knowledge to the new generations of the Pack. Olor wants nothing else but to keep the Vultures a strong unit.

☪ Nurturing ☪ Olor spends a lot of her time around the youngest members of the pack, caring for and listening to their woes. She has taken to the role of caregiver, even if it's not a designated title for her, she's just naturally blessed in having a motherly aura.
☪ Sarcastic ☪ Olor can be considered the class clown type. She often gets everyone laughing with her sarcasm, and more often than not she laughs along with the crowd. She also uses sarcasm to brush off unnecessary arguments. She won't stand around and deal with negativity if she doesn't need to.
☪ Intelligent ☪ Developing those useful hunting skills wasn't just with the help of elder packmates for Olor. She was born with a natural intellect; soaking up knowledge like a sponge, utilizing that knowledge to the best of her ability. And it's always worked out for her somehow. Her studies are quite important to her.
☪ Social, yet Introverted ☪ Olor isn't much of a chatty type. Sure, she'll talk with you and have a nice conversation. However, she won't give you her life story. At least not until she knows you better. Even then, there's a slim chance of getting to truly know her. She doesn't like sharing her personal problems with others.

Special Skills
Olor is the first DH I've bred, and since he was born just after my mom's birthday (August 28th), I decided to dedicate him to her. My mom's favorite bird is the swan, hence the name.
I'm hoping that I might be able to make him a custom at some point, but he'll be cherished no matter what.
