If you have wolves with the same dominance, happiness goes down. If wolves affinity with your pack are low, happiness goes down. If your wolves are hungry/thirsty, happiness goes down. I don't think you can specifically figure it out, you just have to do all three

Biography
Yang has always been full of hidden surprises even when he was little he would hide in places that his family would least expect and then jump out at them, which he thought was very funny though his elders found exasperating so they began looking for a new family for him. Eventuality he came to this pack and it wasn't long before the Snow Flake and Timber Wilds found a good use for his antics they began his Squire training figuring that his uncanny ability to hide in believable places would make a great tactic when hunting. And so over time Yang became a Knight and one of the best ambush wolves in the whole pack. At least he is when is best friend Yin isn't in the same hunting group. You see Yin joined the pack shortly after Yang did and the pack soon learned that Yang may be the prankster but Yin is the trouble maker and get those two together and you better hope that your not the target for they tend to get a little to wild and get carried way when they are together.
