Biography
Battle's story barely just begun when she was sent away from her pack and dumped in the Sanctuary. Frightened, sad and alone she cowered away from the other wolves hoping that her mother would take her back, that any of her packmates would come looking for her, but no one came. A bitter feeling rose in her chest tasting like bile and suffocating her. Would anyone take her? What happens if no one wanted her? Would she just die? Fortunately, or unfortunately she received the answer to her former question. Someone would come up to her but his eyes were cold and calculating as he studied her, commenting lowly on her markings. Before she knew it she had agreed to whatever he said and was being led away to his pack territory, ShadowRaiders territory. At first it wasn't all bad, she learned the wolf's name was Aaryn from his father, Solomon, who welcomed her with kind words. Slowly as she adjusted the pressure to bear healthy pups began to weigh on her and that bitter feeling grew stronger. Solomon was nice, yes, but Aaryn's overbearing presence only drained her, chasing her into a clouded headspace. When Battle found out she was expecting she began to see apparitions of long forgotten wolves and the voices of vengeful spirits echoed in her head. Strangely Battle knew she'd only have one female pup and she knew exactly what she wanted to name her. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.

Battle is intelligent, overly wary, and critical of the ones around her. She likes to sit back from a safe vantage point completely out of harms way while her bidding is done by someone else. She'll badger her packmates on how wrong they did something, chattering their ears off with 'what ifs' and 'could have beens' even though she'd never think of taking such risks on her own.
