Biography
Lightning cracked the sky as rain repeatedly pelted the soggy soil. Shrieks could be heard from a hundred miles away; dozens of wolves bleeding from all sorts of injuries. The one who was having the worst time, though, was a wolf in labor. Her dark hues were clouded with terror, for would you not be frightened during a battle, especially when giving birth? Thankfully, she had managed to leap atop a jagged crag, where no wolf would find or could get to her. And then...
An unusual being slid out, her new pink skin scraping on the rock. However, the pup did not whine, or bark, or yip. She was quiet, and the mother drew her in carefully. The war had finally started to ebb away, and the two wolves were left alone to be together.
The two packs battling had triggered a war. There was another battle to occur; though this time, the two were grown. Unfortunately, it was worse. The mother had named her child Rain Cloud, and for her pup, itr couldn't get any more tragic. Rain had to stay back at camp and wait for the battle to end. Her mother went away to war, and the seconds were like acid.
Rain finally couldn't stand it any longer. After the battle was over, Rain bolted toward the home-coming wolves. She checked each face, each pelt, each scent, but nothing was familiar. Later that evening, when Rain went out to hunt, a bloody corpse appeared in front of her. The eyes... the pelt... though the smell wasn't there. Instead, it was replaced by the putrid scent of death. Her mother. "No!" Rain cried indignantly, tears falling from her cheeks. She had tried desperately to bring her back, alas, reversing death was impossible.
Rain had finally beaten grief. It was a long, hard journey, but the death of her mother had eventually began to calm her down. It was her time, it was her time... she kept reminding herself. She had also found a new training partner: Utilis! Utilis had always been Rain's idol. She was the Alpha of the pack, and someday, Rain wantd to achieve the rank of Alpha female, as well as take a mate.
"Jump! Snap! Kick! Now thrust out your muzzle!" Came the commanding voice of Utilis. This was harder than I thought! Rain had kept that in her mind often during training. Utilis was working her to the bone; and usually had no rest. On the bright side, Rain was climbing higher on the ladder of success. She had later earned the rank of Lead Warrior, since they only practiced fighting techniques.
Rain's passion for company had lead her to develop a crush, though she wasn't going to say to him. He was handsome and fairly marked, as well as many talents.
Throughout her life experience, Rain Cloud has learned so much since being a pup... sacrifices, loyalty, and even love. She hopes to learn even more throughout her long journey, for she still has a while to go. I wish you luck, Rain, and I hope your life only improves from here.
