Biography
Lost and wandering alone in the woods is no place for a lone female wolf. Hocus decided to wander from her first pack at a very early age after being pushed to the side by all the other pups for being smaller. She constantly had to fight for her meals and even being allowed to stay warm at night by the fire. As an adolescent when Hocus ran off she began to wonder if she would ever find a group that would take her in.
After a particularly grueling couple of days, mangy, hungry, and now pregnant, Hocus caught the scent of a wolf in the distance. She raised her hackles and hid behind the bushes. Out of the clearing came the Elements pack-Tinley &Sorra closely followed by Cherry, Granite, Mala and the pups. She realized she was either meeting her end or finding her new place in this unforgiving world.
Sorra and Granite caught her scent first, then Tinley and little Nanzul. Tinley let out a low rumbling growl enticing the stranger out.
Hocus lying as close to the dirt would allow, inched her way out to the front of the group-tail tucked all the way under her belly. Tinley and
Sorra exchanged that confusing (to any other wolves but them..) look. Sorra cocked her head and let out a gentle snort. Tinley all but rolled his eyes returning the snort. He softened his gaze on Hocus and sat down and lowered his hackles, leaning closer to smell her. She lifted her head up off the earth and sniffed softly at Tinley's muzzle. He allowed her time to familiarize herself with his scent. Then he gave her an accepting nod and turned to the pack and they started back to the den. Sorren came up to Hocus and gave her a loving nudge followed by the rest of the adults. Hocus was finally home. Now all that awaited her was welcoming her litter...thankfully in a safe home.

The black sheep from birth Hocus never fit in. She strives to show her pack her worth in battle. A very energetic girl always willing to start a tussle just for kicks. She is not as maternal as the rest of the girls but still adores her pups fiercely and would kill for them! Surprisingly she is not on Tinley's bad side but is not as liked by Sorren as one would hope. This girl has to earn her place still among the ranks.
