As Hachiko danced around in the grass she was tumbled over by Kemi and Amaterasu "Woah! Watch it guys!" They were both giggling and then Amaterasu spoke up "I heard you're a direct descendant of Nezha!" "Oh.. um yea.." "That's so cool! Can you do anything like him? Turn into a tiger yea yea!!" Hachiko looked away embarrassed "I can't do anything special.." Kemi finally spoke "Sure you can! I'm sure you can do something cool maybe we just need to find out what?" "Okay.." the pups ran to the cliff over the beach "Nezha is always here! I'm sure we can find him!" Kemi said excitedly "Huh? He only saves the fallen" Kemi nodded with anticipation and then she pushed Hachiko off Hachiko screamed and then a sharp pain in her shoulder she looked up and a huge owl was carrying her back to the edge "Nezha!" She said happily but the owl didn't answer it dropped her on the cliffside and Amaterasu and Kemi were awestruck "Was that him?" "It was! It was!" They all hopped around happily "But we still didn't discover any powers or anything.."

Hachiko chosen as the new alpha temporarily tried her best to keep Nezha in a righteous position after losing the old alphas she cringed at the thought of doing this forever, Amaterasu approached her tail wagging and she smiled "Ever find those powers Hachiko?" "No.. of course not.." she frowned "Oh really? Wanna test your luck?" "Eck! No!" Hachiko said laughing "Well, Amaterasu do you still believe in Nezha?" "Me?.. I suppose, he's just.." "Yea.. I know.." they stayed silently momentarily "I can feel that this pack will be strong with Nezha still.. just takes time.."

"Hachiko." Nezha's voice echoed through the forest and she looked up and a owl flew from out the stars bearing the stars themselves, it landed on a old tree "You're older now since we've last met." "Since I was a pup? Ah.. those days are of my former glory now." She stood up and walked to the edge of the den and the wind blew against her old fur "You have a strong line in the pack now." "I know, my hope is they pave the path for the future." "What kind of path?" "A good and long path.." she felt her body growing weaker and she smiled knowing she lived a fulfilling life "Let's continue in the stars." She took a look around "Visit Amaterasu for me.. goodbye Laptev fields.."

Hachiko stayed by their owners side until their eventual death, everyday they would go to a train station and wait for their owner, one day however their owner had a heart attack at work and died, Hachiko however waited still.. eventually family of the man took Hachiko from the train station forcefully but Hachiko always ran away and back to the train station, locals knew Hachiko and fed him and gave him water eventually he died waiting to see his owner again, a statue was made for Hachiko who always waited for his owner.
