I did not wish for this life. I did not wish to be bought. I was happy where I was. I liked my life, back with the other pack. Why was I brought here? Was I not wanted? These wolves are unfamiliar to me. I barely know their names, but I know that several share my fate. We do nothing but bear pups here, it seems.
Even the females that explore are meant to breed. No female is safe, ever. Why is it like this? Why do they riddle these poor wolves with pups when they obviously have other strengths? Why do I have to do the same? I can't believe it. There are packs out there that are like this? There are packs that toss their females aside, in favor of the males?
