Personality: King Congress is a very cold and snappy wolf. Although he is small, he refuses to be pushed around by his much larger pack mates. Being one of the founders of the pack does bring him lots of respect, though. He is often very sarcastic and believes he always needs to get his way. Due to this fact, Congress and one of the newest pack members, Cooper, do not get along. They both believe they are the best and they're always right, which often leads to heavy arguments between the two.
