Biography
A young but very mature, female wolf that loves to spend her time nurturing and watching over the other members within her pack. Being the first Alpha Female of the "MidnightWolf" pack, she has grown to love acting as den mother to all members that she considers family, whether they be pups or younger/immature wolves.
History
Yumi originated from a pack that resided in the Ancient Redwood Forest. Their territory held a vast amount of redwood trees, streams, and dens within the boundaries, of which, they considered their land. This pack had been greatly known for their nurturing and preserved nature. They took pride in raising their pups and stressed the importance of respecting the land and animals around them by teaching the youngsters to only take what they needed for survival.
Yumi was born in the early days of spring; right after the great thaw of Winter came to awaken life within everything that had lay dormant through the colder months. Her first memory was of suckling and nuzzling up against her Mother's warm but thick, burgundy, fur coat.
The den, of which she was partially raised in, was set within a dugout hole at the base of a redwood tree. Within it, two of her siblings, her Mother, Father, and herself claimed it as their home. Their pack was a huge one, and so, it wasn't uncommon for them to have several dens set up to house all of the members.
Yumi was raised in a very caring, loving, and nurturing environment. When she was young, she loved aiding her pack in every way possible and enjoyed learning the lessons that each of the elders gratefully distilled in her.
She was meant to be the next in line for alpha position once her father, the RedWood's pack, time came to pass. However, that was not meant to be. The very same year that she learned to hunt, a group of wolves from an enemy pack surrounded her. They then treated her like prey by biting at her and chasing her off her homeland's territory in the middle of the night.
Fearful for her life, she ran until she crashed into Shin; the very wolf, whom had been designated to kill her. This realization shocked Shin and Yumi took his moment of pause to take off and dash past him.
To her surprise, the unknown male actually dashed after her and nudged her into a bush before he mislead his pack away from her. Although she assumed that he'd not return, he did upon the following day. From there, Shin worked tirelessly to nurture her back to health and they formed a strong bond due to this.
After Yumi felt better, they mutually agreed upon and set out on their own to form a pack tp their standards' very liking. Thus, the "MidnightWolf" pack was soon formed.

Caring, Loving, and very nurturing, but also very protective.
Preferences
She prefers to lead her pack in a very maternal way by always watching out for and nurturing those around her to the best of her ability. When she is able to choose, this female prefers to consume deer and elk. But, during the winter months, she'll never pass up a good rabbit kill and can sometimes be seen chewing on the various bits of frozen grass blades that she finds, buried beneath shallow barriers of freshly fallen snow.
Special Skills
Her special skill is that of her very maternal nature. It is what drives her spirituality, inspiration, and the core drive of her very being.
