Biography
The young dark pelted wolf looked at the pup who looked nearly identical to herself. She glanced nervously up at the pup's mother before looking at the pup again. The female smiled warmly at her. "It's alright, Shadow. His name is Slate. Come say hello to your little brother."
Shadow, hardly older than her new brother, padded nervously forward. She nuzzled the young pup who returned the gesture. The young wolf drew in a breath at action, excited that her new brother seemed to like her. "Can we play?"
The tired wolf chucked softly at her child's question. "Not yet. He's too young to play, but soon."
"I can't wait mom." Shadow said, her tail wagging happily behind her. The two young wolves were unaware of the worried look their mother's face held.
