Proud of how she is Iridescent's only daughter in the pack. Even though she doesn't have boosts, talents, or even defects and high rarity, she is not shameful as she knows that being Iridescent's blood makes her special alone.
Initially, she tried to convince Lux Ignis that he is more than just an Albino, he reacted violently. Although she didn't take that into personal offense, she learnt she can't convince everyone to think as positively as her. In some ways, she feels like she lost a part of herself with that failure.
She desperately wants to be like Tatsumaki. So she started liking what Tatsumaki liked, copying her habits and quirks. But since she isn't an Elite, Irene feels that the other ``s would be able to relate more to her. However, she can never seem to be more well liked than Tatsumaki in any given moment. Although she doesn't dislike Tatsumaki, she does feel like she's motivator and doesn't know why others don't see it in her.
irene and Arya are very close because of their shared admiration for Tatsumaki. She feels that Arya sucks up to Tatsumaki a little too much, but doesn't say anything about it. She thinks that Tatsumaki likes Arya more because of the few favours, but she wrongly interprets Tatsumaki's feelings. Irene serves as the emotional pillar in their relationship. She feels like Arya thinks she's the weaker one because of her more vulnerable emotions, but being the daughter of Iridescent, she is actually more skilled.
