Biography
King Pierce was older than he'd like to admit. Moving was becoming difficult and silver ate away at the fur of his face. Birthing their final litter had taken so much out of Elsie that she rarely left their den anymore, even after the pups had grown and become slightly more independent.

Tobias had proven to be.. Different. He was slow to speak, had trouble walking, and bumped into things like he couldn't see them. Though he was beloved, it was clear Emerson will be given the title as Crown Prince.

Miles showed up, stating there was a rogue out in the territory. Pierce followed him to investigate.

There, a large wolf sat with a tiny pup at his paws. The pup was probably a month old. She was trembling, gazing up at the other wolves with a fearful stare. Pierce looked up at the wolf.

"What's the meaning of this?"

"Fifteen mushrooms. She can be all yours. I don't care what you do with her."

"Is this pup yours?" Pierce looked at the pup, figuring that couldn't be true.

"No, she's an odd little inbred that her parents dumped. But she's nice looking, isn't she?" The wolf prodded the pup. "Just fifteen mush."

Pierce glared at the wolf. He was clearly insane but.. "Go on, Miles. Get the male his payment."

Pierce set the pup down next to Elsie in her nest. She instinctively curled around the pup before looking at Pierce in question.

"Some strange wolf was selling her," Pierce shrugged. "I gave him edible mushrooms instead of the currency."

Elsie chuckled, nuzzling the little female who shivered next to her. "She's beautiful.. Let's name her Krysanthe. Golden flower."

Pierce hummed in agreement. "She could.. Also be Emerson's mate."

"My what?"

The little prince stepped in, frowning the the pup next to his mother in confusion. "Ma, Pa, who's that?"

Pierce gently nudged his son forward. "Meet Krysanthe. She'll be staying for awhile."
