Biography
Arecibo was born in a nameless darkseeker pack on a late summer evening. Her first memories are of watching the night sky with her pack, listening to the howling songs and learning of the stars.
She picked her name; as the one who tries to sing for the stars and hoping they'll respond one day. Her younger sister teased her, claiming it was from a butterfly lazing the rainy days away.
As a young adult she fought a lot with her pack mates. Refusing to settle as anything less than Alpha she was eventually driven from her pack.
Trying to hunt on your own, after having lived with a successful pack was an awakening experience.
She learnt that to live, you had to do everything you could. trying halfheartedly would never be enough.

This one can be distant when her duties ins't pressing. seemingly deep in though, but really just observing the world. Arecibo doesn't like to complicate things, she sees, and decides, and take what she wants. The stars, pretty as they may be, might be beyond her reach for now...
But other things isn't.
She cares for her pack, but they are hers - and do well with remembering that. outsiders should too.
Those stars will come around one day.
