"I trusted you."
I stared at Casia in shock. My friend, my role model.
The one I had trusted most.
And she had betrayed me.
And she had the audacity to look indifferent! I wanted to claw that smirk that curled her muzzle as she said, "I can't believe it took you that long to figure it out. I must be much better at hiding than I thought."
"You hid a murder!" I spat the words out between clenched fangs. "You acted sad and pathetic to make me feel sorry for you! You ignored the guilt that you felt in your dreams! You don't even care that she's dead!"
"My mother was a fool!" she snarled. "She crushed me when I was young. I was all too happy to see her life bleed out of her, especially since it has been my claws and fangs that had done it."
I leaped at her, throwing her to the ground and planting a paw on her throat. Leaning down, I hissed into her face. "There is never an excuse for intentionally killing someone. Murdering someone." I thrust my head closer. "You are absolutely disgusting. It's bad enough that you took your own mother's life, but you also lied and deceived to everyone. But now that I know the truth, I will expose you. You won't go unpunished for this."
She laughed -- laughed! and shoved me away. I fell onto my side, striking a sharp rock, but I barely felt the pain. The agony of what I was facing now was much stronger, much more scarring.
She loomed over me, her face twisted and a mad light in her eyes. "Expose me all you want, Tirra. Because I don't care what anyone knows. I'm done hiding. I'm ready to show my real self, the monster that had been lurking under the surface for years. And when I unleash it, no wolf will be safe."

Tirra is a sweet wolf, loyal and dedicated to the end. She holds a fierceness in her, though, that gives her fiery passion and courage. If one hurts someone she loves, she will consider them her enemy and not rest until she gets back at them.
A black-and-white thinker, Tirra will fight for what is right for as long as she lives. Her friend Casia's betrayal highlights her ferocious personality, as well as the flaws in being too trusting and, ironically, too unforgiving.
It will take maturity and wisdom for Tirra to become more noble than she had ever dreamed. Luckily, she has all the tools she needs to achieve that.

Tirra struggled with infertility for a very long time, years passing as she watched others start families while she and her mate had no pups. It was very painful for them, yet Tirra dealt with it with quiet hope.
Her patience was rewarded at the age of eleven, and she carried the pups of Aizawa with joy.
