Takaomi's mother? She's a demon. Kagura. A fierce one, with glowing eyes and twisting horns. Reckless Erebus, relatively young and still full of energy, wanted nothing more than to earn the affections of a demon of the night. After all, was that not true bravery? He wasn't afraid of her, wasn't afraid of the pain she could inflict. And she, on her part, had no fear of him leaving her. Because he was hers now. She had two older sons, and when she bore Takaomi, it was to find that Erebus had not the brave heart that he claimed he had. For here before her was a pure and blessed angel. If Kagura was intense, passionate, fierce, Takaomi was the exact opposite. His father wanted nothing to do with him. His mother wouldn't let his father go, though, until his father offered up a piece of his immense fortune as a parting gift. Kagura raised Takaomi as she had her other pups, though perhaps in more extravagance. Takaomi was born with a natural defect that caused him to limp, but if anything, it made him try harder. He perfected himself. He was a fighter, a lover, a kind soul and a fierce protector all in one. His desire for children overcame any desire to settle down with one wolf, and so he courted most properly a number of females who, in return, allowed him to come visit the pups any time he liked. He helped his mother every way he could, and soon even her gloomy disposition all but disappeared.

Since Kagura gave birth to another SV (with a defect too!) I decided to name him after my favorite REVEL member from the iOS game, Stand My Heroes, Hiyama Takaomi.

Takaomi is loaded. He has money from his father, money from his many admirers, money from the achievements of his children and grandchildren. He is just a tad extravagant, but is always wiling give his money away to less fortunate souls. His pity is easily earned, and he falls prey often to plots of obtaining his money. He is nearly impossible to woo, however, due to his utter obliviousness when it comes to flirting. In his mind, love is something bestowed upon his children, and he courts another wolf only for the purpose of more little darlings to look after. He's always polite, ever a gentleman, and would never speak a harsh word. Though he's easy to dupe, he's by no means forgiving. He can hold a grudge for a long time, and is often cold to those who have harmed him or his pack. He really knows how to show disdain. He's very fond of flowers, which he's always purchasing bouquets of, and loves to sip tea of any kind.
