Quiet and without much opinion, he keeps to himself and lets others live their lives. His main concern is survival, and he'll do whatever it takes to keep his pack alive. He's loyal and loves them in a way that he cannot express. He watches them, their protector. He has a tendency to get worried for them during natural disasters.

Born to the two alphas of a pack, his father left before he was even born. Almost the entire pack was made up of Lycan's siblings. His mother was busy, and had no time for him. But when his abnormal constitution was discovered, she focused her attention on training him. His siblings hated him, and he drew back. He went from pack to pack, running away every time he began to draw negative attention. But here he has found what he believes to be true love. He would lay down his life for her. Or, as he proved, he would kill another wolf to protect her. He was truly sorry when Lupe's adopted daughter - and his by extension - went missing, and did his best to find her. When that didn't work, he did his best to comfort Lupe. A little while later, though, he found himself drawn to betray her. Him and Velvel had a fling - just one fling - and he swore he would never speak of it, never look at Velvel again, never acknowledge his pups, who were sent away.

He truly loves Guadalupe, though he sometimes doesn't show it. He's very good friends with Valko, who he considers to be intelligent and appreciates for upholding the laws made by Lycan and his mate. Velvel and Ovais he's fond of. He enjoys the Sirhaan for his usefulness and good sense of fun, and Minghan for his loyalty. He finds Rafe very rude, but just stays out of it.

Lycan play bows to Harou. He thinks it might make him feel a bit better about his subordinate position. It does. Lycan is pleased with himself.

Ovais and Lycan play tug of war with an old piece of hide. Ovais is having fun. Lycan just wants his damn hide back.

Lycan nuzzles under Nirmolak's neck. He's glad that Nirmolak has his friend back, and wants to do something nice. It's a little awkward, but Nirmolak appreciates the gesture.

Ovais notices Lycan eating something suspicious. He's just happily eating sweeter-than-Lupe honey when he's attacked. He scolds Ovais and finishes his honey.
