The trees billowed in the breeze, casting shadows about. Darkness encased the forest, and all went silent. Only the glowing golden eyes of a fearsome beast could be seen through the inky black, and those eyes followed the injured she-wolf as she limped forward, tripping over roots and skidding down steep inclines, unaware of the dangerous predator who stood mere meters from her side. He hissed in a breath as she stumbled, sliding dangerously close to a cliff's edge, releasing it only once she'd righted herself. With an inner groan, he decided to reveal himself, slipping seamlessly out of the shadows and appearing directly in front of her. She startled, but made no move to leave. "Please..." she murmured. "Help me..." Τέρας inclined his head, and turned to leave. After some hesitation... she followed.
