The she-wolfs weight shifted from paw to paw as she swiftly walked to the edge of the creek. The orders were clear as day, she would remain here in exile for the next cycle of moons until the pack could decide her punishment furthermore. She peered into the water, catching sight of her reflection. Emerald eyes with a blank expression. No emotion. The eyes of a murderer. She gave a soft sigh and sat down, her tail curled over her paws. Thunder soon sounded from the heavens as she waited. No movement. Flash rains fell from above and streaks of lightning threatened the earth. She still sat, soaked and without any sign of emotion. A living statue. Her previous status was once of a highly ranked warrior for her pack, but that was long gone. She submitted to no wolf now, but stood by her alphas commands. If her act of killing a lowly wolf who betrayed her alpha meant exile or even death to her, so be it. But she wouldnt go down easy. The wait had just begun.
