it hurt to know her shame as the was brought down by the lithe black wolf. Was she scared? No. Did she assume that she would win? Yes.. But the worst part hadn't even reached its peak. As she was flipped over, the golden wolf suppressed a snarl. It wasn't fair! She was the third most powerful wolf in the pack, and she barely got any respect. She gave them her current son in the pack! Why weren't they grateful. Grunting as she panted for breath, the omega managed to wheeze, "..I- I yield" The beta did not even show smugness or any sign of immaturity. It was disgusting. Fierce as a cougar, and as soft as a rabbit, she never assumed the strength. Now, her back pressed to the ground, throat exposed to the whole pack, she never felt the worse hot burn of humiliation. The black wolf released her, dipped her head and trotted away without another word. Goldmist felt fierce boiling in the core of her stomach as wolves remained, murmuring to one another in yelps, noting her weakness- she assumed. She couldn't stand it. Hobbling to her paws, she swung her head, averted her eyes to the ground, and vowed to be one of the best warriors the pack ever had. She promised.
