When Vaermir left his previous pack in search of a mate,
he realized that his size would not allow him to survive on his own.
He quickly formed a small pack of his own, and established himself as the Alpha. Mamun joined the pack and was sided by Vaermir and the female Alpha.

Vaermir is a hotheaded, small wolf. Even though he is the Alpha of the Namun Pack, he is often disregarded. And when his orders are followed, it is out of sympathy.
Because he can't seem to get footing with his leadership, he will often take it out on the Omegas, making sure they are fed last and treated harshly.
Vaermir spends a lot of time preening himself and making nice appearances. But his appearances aren't enough to save him from his downfall as Alpha.
