Chapa came to the Wolves of Midwinter when there was a forest fire at his old den.
The Burnt Wolf~
You lifted your head and stretched your paws as your tongue rolled out. Man it was hot in her you thougt. you looked around to see a fire blazing from the branches out side of your den. In the distance you saw 2 young teenagers running off laughing. You jumped up and turned. You looked around as the smoke made ypur eyes water. You saw ypur mate nudginthe Alpha's pup. He looked up and blinked he turned his head in horror as he saw his dead father laying thier. You run picking up the wolf pup. You dashed out looking behind you to make sure Infern (your mate) was behind you. The next time you looked she was not. You got scared and dashed out faster. Once you were out ypu droped the pup and ran back in after her. You pelt pure white as the ashes danced on it like live coals. You looked around madly. You saw her, her leg trapped under a branch she laid there not moving you looked down and ran you could not bear it any more the pup was out and now you could leave. On your long jouney were you realized that your pelt never glissemed n the light no longer it was ash red. You found them Wolves of Midwinter.
