| I've gotten food poisoning before, you did good going to the hospital, just make sure you keep your fluids up so hopefully you don't have to go back to the hospital. |

| I got food poisoning from a poke bowl on campus once :') It was so bad. Never ate a poke bowl again. Other raw seafood like sushi? Yes. Bowl? No. |

| Make sure you're drinking a lot of water. If you need to sleep, sleep on you side, with some pillows along your back to keep you propped up. This is NOT professional medical advice, but stuff that helped me when I had morning sickness and was throwing up all the time. It's also what people suggest when you drink too much. |
